Since 2012 I am focused on education, personal and organisational development fields, working in a variety of environments – Bucharest, London, Saigon, DaNang, Sardinia, Berlin, and keeping on growing my skills as facilitator in specifically NLP & Coaching, entrepreneurship and human rights areas. My collaboration bonds are rooted with European Institute of NLP (Munchen) and NLP Intezet (Budapest) co-training in NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, Coaching Skills and Mine Vaganti NGO (Sassari) and Friends of Romanian Children in Erasmus+ trainings, project designing and Eruopean Solidarity Corps.
Year 2012 marks the shift from becoming a solicitor in London to being a facilitator, NLP Coach, educator, entrepreneur. As I have been engaged in employment and immigration law in an office in London, I began to understand how important are education, self-awareness, ethics and being 26 made it a good time to change the course of my life to who I am and what I do today. And there is much more that will add to this.
In 2017 I began thinking of a way to reach people and provide experiential trainings, create experiences (this is something that I have been doing since high school when I was organising thematic parties) aimed at enriching lives of people, strike in the stagnant potential, discover the non-existent limits. So with various collaborators (Stephen Molnar, Ana Popescu, Mirona Paun, Ana Georgescu, Vlad Pandichi, Andreea Sipos, Giovanna Ariano) we started My Experiential Trainings (professional upskill), Retreats Club (well-being and self-discovery) and Camp Jam (experiential camps for teenagers).
Interests:
I am passionate about cultures, history, well-being, he is practicing yoga, Qigong on a daily basis, I love dancing (but still learning), and various sports depending on the offer from the environment. I am a traveller visiting more than 25 countries of our world (with a long list awaiting), and living in 4 (up to now: Romania, UK, Vietnam, Italy).
As described by my dear fellow coach and inspiration, Irina Stefanescu:
“Vlad is a charming writer of and guide in European projects, brave project manager, charismatic trainer, gentle coach, lover of nature, now living and working in Sardinia and across Europe, a generous connector and door opener. Can do attitude with a kind voice, assorted with an irresistible smile, combine business consultancy with NLP and coaching gracefully, getting naturally the role of the enabler.”
